Contemporary Greek poets

Περιγραφή

The purpose of this anthology is not to select the poets – time does that – but to help the effort of recording and the reader’s first contact with modern Greek poetry. Our country has always had a large number of famous poets.
We want to offer a work where, on behalf of the anthologists, someone can find their poetic potential, at least very generally. For this reason, we have included indiscriminately in one work those who responded to the invitation, mainly members of literary associations and not only. The presentation is equal, with honesty and a lot of love, knowing that the poetic greatness of several of the anthologized has already been recognized and does not need special references. Of course, there are shortcomings and we ask for your understanding.
Thank you for your participation.
